Ya'll Ever Heard of Protein Balls?
I found this nosing around on the WLS Graduate site.. I wondered how these are?? Certainly you would have to be wary!
Protein Balls
1C chocolate protein powder
1C oatmeal (not instant and NOT cooked)
1C peanutbutter (I like crunchy)
5 Tsp. Splenda (to taste)
Nuke the peanut butter for 1 minute. Mix ingredients together. Add a sprinkle of water to get it a consistancy that can be formed into balls and not fall apart. I keep mine in the fridge.
MAKER BEWARE: THEY ARE TOTALLY ADDICTING AND IT'S EASY TO CONSUME MORE THEN NECESSARY TO GET IN YOUR PROTEIN!!!

I've made these and they're pretty good. Kind of dense, so for me I couldn't eat more than about 1 1/2 or 2 (depends on how big they are, too). Great alternative when you're bored with everything else.
